The Auxiliary Rioja Wine Industry Association participated in one of the Innovative Experiences in Wine Management and Technology days for students at the University of La Rioja as part of the Master´s in Wine Technology, Management, and Innovation and the School of Masters and Doctorates of the University of La Rioja (EMYDUR).
On 18 May the Association participated virtually in the “The importance of the auxiliary wine industry and new trends” day, which included companies involved in the manufacturing processes in La Rioja (Gon-Cruz, Rivercap, Marzola, Intranox and QE2 Consulting), more specifically products for the oenological process, capsules, tanks, presses and engineering.
The day started with a presentation by the newly-established Auxiliary Rioja Wine Industry Association. Several of the aforementioned companies then followed suit, representing the areas involved in the value chain of the auxiliary wine sector. The day ended with a debate to answer the queries and questions of the students involved.
Firm commitment to training in the sector
The Auxiliary Rioja Wine companies are firmly committed to collaborating with universities and professional training centres with the aim of explaining the importance of manufacturing industries that collaborate in the wine process and sector trends, communicate actions of the association and be able to work together on student training.
